The sequence
Settle the option, naming and the domain
The choice of option and whether the space markets under MOWP's brand decide the domain, and the domain decides where every listing built afterwards points.
Gather what exists
Renderings from Scott Edwards Architecture, architectural floorplans, capital campaign material and whatever specifications the drawings already carry.
Confirm the known numbers
Capacity, dimensions and what comes with the room. These are lookups from the drawings rather than decisions, and they're what makes the pages worth publishing.
Build and review
Eight pages and one inquiry form, with two review rounds.
Launch and list
The pages going live are half of it. The Google Business Profile and the directory listings are the other half, and they take longer to take effect than the build does. See Directories & Listings.
What blocks what

Sequencing against the main website
mowp.org builds through September, pauses through Q4 for year-end giving, and launches in February 2027. The venue build sits inside the pause, so the two don't compete for the same weeks. On option 3 the venue pages launch with mowp.org; options 1 and 2 can launch on their own schedule.
