Ecotrust, the reference site MOWP brought to this project, doesn't publish rates; price is handled through inquiry.
How the shortlist works
A planner starts with eight or ten venues and needs to get to three. Price is the fastest way to cut the list, and a venue with no published price gets cut before it gets contacted.
Publish a range and what drives it, even if the full rate card stays in conversation. "Weekday from $X, weekend from $Y, includes A, B and C" is enough.
What has to be decided first
A rates page can't be written until these land, and they're operational decisions rather than website ones.
What does the space rent for? By weekday and weekend, half day and full day, and what the minimum booking is.
Is there a nonprofit or community rate, and what qualifies?
What a rental includes before extras: hours, setup and teardown time, furniture, AV, staffing and cleaning.
Deposit, cancellation terms and whether a certificate of insurance is required.
Rates for memorials
A celebration of life is booked in days, not months, by a family that isn't shopping around.

One PDF carrying the capacity chart, the floorplan, the rate range and what a booking includes. Linked from Rates, The Space and Check Availability.
It's generated from the same records that power the pages, so a rate or capacity change updates it automatically. On Squarespace it's a manually re-exported PDF.
Availability
The site does not publish a calendar. See Scope.
What it does instead is ask for the date on the inquiry form, so that whoever replies already knows whether the answer is yes.
